A WINDOW TO THE WORLD.


Welcome to my website..
I am a singer/songwriter from Manchester in the good ol' UK. I've worked with a number of bands as a guitar player and/or songwriter, and later as a Producer/Writer with
Lee Monteverde (LMC). We worked with a number of acts, and signed a recording contract with All Around The World records.
I've also worked with Ben Findon, (Billy Ocean) both in the UK and in the Far East and later with Steve Roland (Boney M, Gloria Gaynor, Thompson Twins....) and even had a brief time working with Pete Waterman (Kylie Minogue, Bananarama etc etc).
 
I've written music for the theatre, mainly The Creation Theatre Co. based in Oxford, scoring some original music and songs for their productions of Shakespear's As You Like It, and Much Ado About Nothing. I also composed and recorded the music for a one man production of Hamlet which toured around the country and appeared in London's West End.
In 1999 an act I was working with called Sister Sway appeared on Top Of The Pops. They were performing a song of mine which got into the last 3 of the UK's choice for Eurovision. The song was called Until You Saved My Life. (Check it out on You Tube.)
I also wrote a song called Open Your Eyes, which later become known as Eyeopener.This was a Dance record that appeared on a number of Compilation Cd's, one of which went to No1. (this is on YouTube too)



LATELY.............


After becoming a father, I didn't do much work in music, apart from writing and building a small studio. I am now a guitar teacher, and am also working on a number of songs with the intention of making an album. Please have a listen to some, and and let me know what you think, I'd really appreciate it! These songs are quite a departure from my previous stuff, but reflect far more "where I am now." Some are fairly polished in terms of production while others were literally recorded live without any overdubs.
